The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse
Products without original tags or packaging
Slight color variations (due to lighting/screens)
Customized or altered products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Share your Order ID + product images
Our team will review and approve your request
Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for return shipping

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to your original payment method

5. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or incorrect, we offer a free replacement
Replacement is subject to product availability

6. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover the cost
Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
